No longer is a classroom confined to four walls of a brick-and-mortar school building; today’s classroom is found on a laptop, accessible at anytime, practically anywhere.
All iQ Academy Washington students will work with an academic advisor to develop an individual Student Learning Plan (SLP). The purpose of the SLP is to make sure our students get the help needed to stay on track and graduate from high school. The plan will outline:
- Goals for the student to meet while pursuing his/her studies
- A culminating project (like a college thesis) which the student must complete upon graduation
- A forecast of courses that the student wishes to take during the iQ Academy Washington program
- A 13th-year plan for what the student hopes to do in his/her first year after graduation.
